The Search Fee is generally non-refundable due to the nature of the Service.
The Service is deemed to begin at the moment the form is submitted.
The Recovery Support Fee is processed as an authorization charge.
The authorization may be released only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
Shipping Fees are generally non-refundable.
However, partial refunds due to shipping method changes may be available.
Domestic and international shipping may be available.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The Service is responsible only during the period after the Service receives the item and before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
After handover to the carrier, the Service shall not be responsible for loss, damage, delay, customs holds, or related shipping issues.

However, facility rules, legal requirements, and identity verification policies shall take priority.

Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
